At Easy DIY, we aim to make your purchase experience smooth and reliable. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return and refund process.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@easydiymart.com with your order details and reason for return.
Reasons for Returned Items
You may request a return or refund if:
The product is defective, used, tampered with, or the seal is broken
The item or packaging has physical damage
The package is missing items or accessories
The product is significantly different from its description (wrong size, color, material, etc.)
Returned products must meet these conditions:
Unused and in original condition
Sealed and packed with all original contents (labels, manuals, invoice, accessories)
How long does it take for refund?
Once your return request is approved and the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse, your refund will be initiated. Please allow up to 7 business days after receiving the item for the refund to be processed.
You will be notified by email once your refund has been issued.
How will you get your money back?
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. This includes:
UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallets — credited back to the same account
If unavailable, we may offer store credit as an alternative
Please ensure that the item is securely packaged for return shipping. All return and refund approvals are at the sole discretion of Easy DIY and may be rejected if policy conditions are not met.
