Cancel an order

Need to cancel an order you’ve just placed? We understand that plans change! Here’s how you can easily cancel your order on Easy DIY Mart.

🔄 How to Cancel Your Order

If Your Order Has Not Shipped Yet:

Log in to Your Account
Visit www.easydiymart.com and go to “My Orders”.
Find the Order
Locate the order you wish to cancel.
Click “Cancel Order”
If your order is still being processed and hasn’t been shipped, you’ll see a “Cancel Order” button.
Confirm Cancellation
Once confirmed, you’ll receive a cancellation email and your refund (if paid online) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

🚚 If the Order Has Already Shipped:

Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
However, you can initiate a return once you receive the item. Visit our Return & Refund Policy for more details.

💳 What About Refunds?

For Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD): No payment is taken unless the order is delivered.
