📅 When Can I Cancel?
You can cancel your order before it is packed or shipped.
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still request a return after delivery (if eligible).
🧭 How to Cancel Your Order
Follow these steps to cancel your order:
Log in to your Easy DIY Mart account
Go to My Orders
Find the order you want to cancel
Click the “Cancel Order” button
Select a reason and confirm your cancellation
You’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS once the cancellation is successful.
💳 Refund After Cancellation
If you paid online, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
If you chose Cash on Delivery, no action is needed—your order will simply not be delivered.
💡 Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
📦 Order Already Shipped?
Unfortunately, once the product is shipped, you cannot cancel it. You may:
Accept the delivery and request a return, or
Refuse the package at the time of delivery (COD orders only)
