📦 What Can Be Returned?
You can return a product if:
It’s unused and in original condition
It has all original tags, packaging, and accessories
It’s returned within 7 days of delivery (unless otherwise specified)
It is not part of our non-returnable items list (e.g., certain tools, custom-made products, or items marked “Final Sale”)
📌 Products damaged after delivery, or items without original packaging, may not be eligible.

Go to www.easydiymart.com and log into your account.Go to ‘My Orders’
Click on the order you wish to return.Select ‘Return Item’
Choose the product(s) you want to return and the reason for return.Schedule a Pickup
We’ll arrange for a free reverse pickup (wherever serviceable), or guide you for self-shipping.Track Return Status
You’ll receive updates by email/SMS once your return is received and processed.
💸 Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
❌ Return Denied?
If your return request is denied, it could be due to:
Item not in returnable condition
Return window expired
Return request made under incorrect category
