We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order easily within our return window.
📦 What Can Be Returned?
You can return a product if:
- It’s unused and in original condition 
- It has all original tags, packaging, and accessories 
- It’s returned within 7 days of delivery (unless otherwise specified) 
- It is not part of our non-returnable items list (e.g., certain tools, custom-made products, or items marked “Final Sale”) 
📌 Products damaged after delivery, or items without original packaging, may not be eligible.
- 🔁 How to Return Your Order- Log In to Your Account 
 Go to www.easydiymart.com and log into your account.
- Go to ‘My Orders’ 
 Click on the order you wish to return.
- Select ‘Return Item’ 
 Choose the product(s) you want to return and the reason for return.
- Schedule a Pickup 
 We’ll arrange for a free reverse pickup (wherever serviceable), or guide you for self-shipping.
- Track Return Status 
 You’ll receive updates by email/SMS once your return is received and processed.
 
💸 Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. 
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference. 
❌ Return Denied?
If your return request is denied, it could be due to:
- Item not in returnable condition 
- Return window expired 
- Return request made under incorrect category
