- Take clear photos of the damaged or faulty item 
- Include images of the outer packaging, any labels, and the problem area 
- Note down the order number and item name 
- ⏱️ Step 2: Report Within 48 Hours- To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

- Log in to your account at www.easydiymart.com 
- Go to My Orders 
- Click “Report a Problem” next to the affected item 
- Fill out the form and upload the required photos 
- Submit the claim 
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
🔁 What Happens Next?
Once your report is approved, you can expect one of the following resolutions:
- A replacement item sent at no additional cost 
- A full refund to your original payment method 
- Store credit you can use for future purchases
