📸 Step 2: Take Photos
Capture clear pictures of:
- The damaged item 
- The outer packaging 
- Any visible shipping labels 
These help us speed up your claim and offer a suitable resolution.

You must report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
Here’s how:
- Log in to your Easy DIY Mart account 
- Go to My Orders 
- Click “Report a Problem” on the relevant order 
- Fill out the damage form and upload the photos 
🚫 Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
🔁 Resolution Options
Depending on the situation, we will:
- Send a replacement item at no cost 
- Offer a full or partial refund 
- Provide store credit for future use
