What if my order is damaged?

At Easy DIY Mart, we take great care in packing and shipping your orders. However, if your item arrives damaged, we’re here to make things right—quickly and hassle-free.

🚨 Step 1: Inspect on Delivery

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If you notice:

  • Physical damage to the product or packaging

  • Missing parts

  • Broken or cracked components

Proceed to the next step immediately.

📸 Step 2: Take Photos

Capture clear pictures of:

  • The damaged item

  • The outer packaging

  • Any visible shipping labels

These help us speed up your claim and offer a suitable resolution.

📝 Step 3: Report the Damage

You must report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.

Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your Easy DIY Mart account

  2. Go to My Orders

  3. Click “Report a Problem” on the relevant order

  4. Fill out the damage form and upload the photos

🚫 Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

🔁 Resolution Options

Depending on the situation, we will:

  • Send a replacement item at no cost

  • Offer a full or partial refund

  • Provide store credit for future use

Our team will contact you within 1–2 business days after reviewing your claim.
