Any visible shipping labels

You must report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.

Log in to your Easy DIY Mart account
Go to My Orders
Click “Report a Problem” on the relevant order
Fill out the damage form and upload the photos
🚫 Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
🔁 Resolution Options
Depending on the situation, we will:
Send a replacement item at no cost
Offer a full or partial refund
Provide store credit for future use
Our team will contact you within 1–2 business days after reviewing your claim.
